Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The timeframe for asking for a refund is 7 days. Please note that $5 from each bag purchase is donated and is therefore non-refundable. Refunds will exclude the donated portion of the purchase.
